4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 C. Ranch dressing
2 C. pecans, finely chopped
- In a large plastic bag, toss chicken with dressing. Seal bag and refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
- Remove chicken from dressing and roll each breast in nuts until coated well.
- Arrange chicken in slightly greased pan and cook for 30 minutes at 450 degrees
Great dinner last night!
