Well I did it... I made some jam. Yum! It is delicious!!!
I then made these little lid toppers and dropped them off at some friend's homes who Michelle and I visit every month. What a fun project!
Direction for jar toppers:
Turn the strawberry right side out.
Sew leaves onto the top of the strawberry and add seed knots.
This was a fun project! I think it took me longer to post than to actually do!!!
For real? I'm going to have to make them for the ladies I VT. That is absolutely adorable!

I am so impressed. I love to sew and craft but haven't tackled jam yet. At the strawberry stand nearest us they always have homemade jam made by a local resident. we are so lucky, family owned fields and we all know them! Even better soon it will be corn season!

This is way cute! We have a strawberry patch near our house that we go to each year. I make jam but have never made such cute covers for them!
