A Kitchen in Progress

The main reason behind my lack of posting.

This has been going in since January and I'm about at my wit's end. Eating out, microwaveable meals, no counters to put anything on and nothing but a toaster and microwave have aost killed me-- BUT not having a kitchen sink has been the worst. I will never take a thing in my new kitchen for granted again!

Countertops are to be installed next week, then it's tiling the backsplash, appliances hooked up, cabinet lighting and finally the floor!!! I can do this... I can do this... I can do this...

All those gorgeous cabinets! But 6 mo of no counters or stove, you are real trooper!

I'm dealing with the same thing right now, except I also gave birth to our six child during this whole process. It was supposed to be finished before I was due, but it is taking way longer. Go figure. But I can see the end in sight. :) Thank goodness for my mother who has kept my family fed! Good luck!
