Scarlet's little friend Sam had a birthday party today and this is what she gave her.
Scarlet is always very proud when we give her friends one of the shirts and bows I make-- that makes me feel good! :)

Well I did it... I made some jam. Yum! It is delicious!!!
I then made these little lid toppers and dropped them off at some friend's homes who Michelle and I visit every month. What a fun project!
Direction for jar toppers:
Turn the strawberry right side out.
Sew leaves onto the top of the strawberry and add seed knots.
This was a fun project! I think it took me longer to post than to actually do!!!

Okay, this is my FAV ever. The polka dots are huge and I honestly could scream when I think about the possibilities! I think Scarlet needs a poodle type skirt made out of this with a pumpkin where the poodle should be... or somthing like that... maybe candy corns. I LOVE dreaming about this stuff!!!!!!
Run to Joann's and buy this cute, inexpensive material (before it sells out) and make a Halloween tablecloth out of it... and don't even worry about sewing it. Just iron on some stitch witchery if you're not a sewer. Come on... I dare you this week to make something for Halloween! :)
