This is about as easy a project as you can get. I get my wheat seed from a natural market in our town called Lasson's. It is REALLY common, so you won't have a problem finding it at health food stores. Mine is sold by the scoop and 2 scoops is about $3 and you will have PLENTY to fill your containers with. Try it!!! It will grow out of anything. It looks AMAZING growing out of cracked eggs!
Well I did it... I made some jam. Yum! It is delicious!!!
I then made these little lid toppers and dropped them off at some friend's homes who Michelle and I visit every month. What a fun project!
Direction for jar toppers:
Turn the strawberry right side out.
Sew leaves onto the top of the strawberry and add seed knots.
This was a fun project! I think it took me longer to post than to actually do!!!
